Xenveo is a training data company for AI labs and enterprise AI teams. We collect, annotate, and evaluate the data AI systems learn from — across multiple modalities, languages, and geographies. The work is done by real people on the ground, with the consent and IP framework that frontier AI buyers expect.

01 — Mission

We're a data lab for embodied and clinical AI.

The next generation of AI won't live in a browser — it will guide a surgical instrument in São Paulo, move a robot in Austin, drive a car in Mumbai. That data doesn't exist on the open web. It has to be captured, on the ground, with consent.

We do that work today with a contributor network of 100,000+ across capture, annotation, and review, and field teams in 8 countries — alongside credentialed clinicians, specialists, and partner sites in hospitals, labs, factories, vehicles, and homes.

Our data and technology aim to become the foundational layer behind cutting-edge robotics, medical AI, and the systems that will operate in the physical world this decade. Ethics is the foundation, not the press release.

Engagements are contracted through Xenveo, Inc. Global data residency commitments and India delivery responsibilities are handled in coordination between the two entities.

05 — How we work

Two-entity structure, one operational backbone.

United States.

Xenveo Inc. is the contracting entity for buyer engagements. US-based account management, client services, and senior leadership coordinate engagement scoping, contracting, and delivery accountability.

India.

Xenveo's India subsidiary runs delivery operations: the annotation and review pools that support most active programs, the operations and quality teams that calibrate work to buyer-defined rubrics, and the engineering and infrastructure that the platform runs on. Most of Xenveo's full-time team works from India.

Field operations.

Capture work runs through trained local contributors with on-the-ground coordinators in each of our active geographies. Field operations are coordinated through the India entity but contracted through the US entity for buyer-facing engagements.
