For experts

Bring what you do to AI.

AI is being trained on what people know and what people do. We pay you for the part you bring — whether that's reviewing legal drafts, filming how a dishwasher gets repaired, or speaking your native language into a microphone.

A corporate attorney reviewing AI-generated NDA drafts for accuracy and tone.
An electrician filming how-to videos of common household repairs.

02 / 04

Get matched to the work that fits you.

Different kinds of work need different kinds of vetting. Some roles need a short skills check. Some need a quick interview. Some need a verified ID and a one-time location confirmation. We'll tell you what's needed for the projects you're matched to, and you'll only do what each project requires.

03 / 04

Take projects.

When a project fits, we send it to you. You decide whether to take it. Some projects are one afternoon of work; some run for weeks. You set the pace.

04 / 04

Get paid.

Approved work is paid out within 48 hours, to your bank or wallet. We support payouts in most countries we operate in.

Different projects ask for different things — you only do what each one needs:

A short skills check
A quick interview
A verified ID
A one-time location check
03 — What you can earn

What you can earn.

The work you do trains AI that the world will depend on. We think it should be paid like that.

Pay varies by the work, your experience, your specialization, and where you live. A native-language reviewer with twenty years of legal experience earns a different rate than a field photographer on a single afternoon's shoot — and both earn a different rate than a contributor doing repeated short tasks over months. We discuss specifics with you when we match you to a project, before you commit to anything.
